Dandelions & Popsicles.

It was 60 degrees here today! Conrad and I took a walk on the coastal trail this morning and the smell of spring is here! Spring (and Summer actually) here in Alaska smells incredible, like blooming and reawakening is the only way to describe it. If I could bottle it up and send it to all of you I would. (Guess you'll have to visit;)) Conrad was so sweet on the walk. So quiet. He just took it all in!
The sun is now setting at 10:30. Which means, as I write this nearing midnight, the sky is still dusky blue.
This afternoon we went to the Aurora Waldorf School May Faire with friends Amber and her little guy Alden.
Here's the weaving of May Pole. (all the pics I got-too busy chasing Conrad!!)

And here's some pics of Conrad working on his biking skills with Alex. I must of acclimated to my surroundings... Alex bought Conrad a pair of Carhartt overalls and I have to admit they are pretty cute!
