Look Ma! It's angel food!!

Growing up, my Mom made angel food cake for our birthdays. She'd ice it with 7 minute boiled icing, that fluffy gooey kind. Mmm!!! :) Since my birthday is around Easter (has been on it twice) I remember it being decorated w/ jelly beans a lot. Anyway. On Monday Alex went out and bought me an angel food cake. We had it with strawberries and cool whip.

Conrad is doing fantastic! He had some play time in the gym on Wednesday at speech therapy and there was a bike to ride. He insisted on wearing a bike helmet before climbing on. I told his therapist Grandpa Stieglitz would be proud! We're thinking of getting him a little bike with training wheels for his birthday. We learned that it is easier for a child to learn to ride a bike than a trike because of the position of the pedals, so it's not too early to get him going! ;)
