Kenai Salmon Fishing.

I do have new pics! ;) We used Alex's work camera... Anyway.
This weekend we camped in Kenai on the beach... Where the Kenai River meets the ocean and the salmon run comes in. The weather wasn't that great, and neither was the the fishing. Only 4 more, plus our 10 from Alex's fishing last weekend. Bringing our total so far to 14, our limit is 45!

Our favorite thing ever, new breweries! Here's St. Elias in Soldotna. Named after the St. Elias mountain here in Alaska. Our friend Elias was as well.

The best day of Conrad's life.

Here's Conrad and I kayaking in Kachemak Bay in Homer, AK last week. That same day our friend Kelly really gave Conrad a treat. Kelly works for a bush plane company, Smoky Bay Air, in Homer. We visited him at work and he let Conrad sit in a plane and play with all the gadgets... AND he had the on site fireman drive us all around in the airport firetruck. He drove down the runway and let Conrad blow the horn and spray the fire hose! To top it off Kelly took Conrad on a few scooter rides around his yard.
I have lots of pics of Maria's visit to post, I'll try after we go camping this weekend. I will not have pics of that however... Alex dropped our camera in the ocean last week. ;)

A (Belated) Birthday Post.
